Refund policy
At VedPrep, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy. We only offer replacement in case the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To ensure a fair and transparent process, we require customers to provide an unboxing video as mandatory proof. This video must be recorded in one continuous shot (without cuts or edits) from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully visible.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item received.

The product must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

You will need to share your order ID, invoice, and proof of purchase along with the unboxing video.
If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process a replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you discover any of the following, contact us within 48 hours at seller@vedprep.com with the unboxing video:

The product is physically damaged.

The product is defective or not working as intended.

The wrong item has been delivered.
Once verified, we will guide you through the replacement process and provide instructions for returning the defective/damaged product (if required).
Non-Replaceable Items
Certain categories of items are not eligible for replacement:

Refunds
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are available if the above conditions are fulfilled.
